Just an update on what I've been up to, or rather, what I've been doing in baking the past few days :)

1. Nutella cookie cups

Baked this on a Friday night and brought it to training the next day to share with everyone else and they liked it so much :') then again, who wouldn't like it it's just nutella and cookies and I don't know who can ever resist nutella but I sure as hell can't resist it.

2. Ham and cheese croissant

Ever since I baked this, dad's been pestering me to make this for him again because he really really likes it and I'm thinking of making this for him and the family for breakfast tomorrow. Would definitely have taken a bite if not for the fact that I'm on a diet but it's okay it's going to be worth dieting for!

3. Brownie Nutella Cheesecake

Baked this on World's Nutella Day for sissy to celebrate Nutella's day because we're cool like that. Nah kidding just felt like we should celebrate because it's Nutella we're taking about and Nutella is prolly one of the best creations on earth so it's definitely worth celebrating. At least for my sister and I.

I'm aware that I've been spending most of my time in the kitchen recently. Yes, even my helper is starting to take note of it. The other day while we were baking pineapple tarts for Chinese New Year, she said "Angela, nowadays you rather spend time in the kitchen than go out. Very different." I guess it's true now that I'd rather be in the kitchen baking than to be in town doing the same old thing like catching a movie or shopping. And maybe it's just me, but town really has nothing to do these days? Oh well, doesn't matter anyway hope everyone's having a great lunar new year!!!
